Jewellery Return Policy:

7 days from delivery notice
All products must in the same condition and packaging as sent to the recipient.
Exchanges within 14 days of delivery notice. (Sizing)
Upon return of the original packaging and product your exchange will then be shipped out.
All Sale Items are Final Sale 

Luxury Bags:
All sales are final.

 

Returns / Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return or exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, (7 days)


To request a return, you can contact us at info@thesweetmagnolia.ca. Please note that returns will need to be sent directly to us - please email for return address.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us by email immediately so that we can evaluate the issue. 

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products ( such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods ( such as beauty products) cannot be returned.  

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to us via email, request a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the item you want.

  Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thesweetmagnolia.ca.

Warranty: 

We offer a one-year warranty on all jewelry items purchases covering any manufacturer defects example: a broken clasp, from the date of purchase for on year. We will replace or fix any item that is defective based on the craftsmanship of our jeweller.

Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear ( broken chains, bent rings or improper use or storage of our product. 

If you wish to repair your product you will be responsible for getting your product to us and picked up from us.
