All products must in the same condition and packaging as sent to the recipient.
Exchanges within 14 days of delivery notice. (Sizing)
Upon return of the original packaging and product your exchange will then be shipped out.

In this situation we recommend two options:

1. Packages can be marked as delivered before they have physically arrived at your address. We recommend allowing 24 hours before assuming there is discrepancy.

2. Contact the shipping courier selected upon checkout for further investigation.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after they have been marked as delivered. Please always ensure to double check that you are providing an accurate shipping address before placing your order.

All pieces made with gemstones are made with conflict-free stones. Our metals are recycled material, and our 14k Gold is all fair trade. We also ensure that our pieces are nickel and lead.

Standard shipping orders are processed in 2-3 business days and express orders are processed within 24 hours.

Once the package has been shipped from our head office and with the courier, we are not responsible for any delays. We recommend waiting 24-48 hours for the courier system to update.

In the even your item is 48 hours passed the expected delivery date please contact the shipping courier for any updates.

If the package is deemed lost or stolen the sweet magnolia will dispatch a new order on us.
